Massively-parallel Lagrangian particle code and applications

Massively-parallel, distributed-memory algorithms for the Lagrangian particle hydrodynamic method (Samulyak et al., 2018) have been developed, verified, and implemented. The key component of parallel is a management module that includes construction octree databases, dynamic adaptation refinement octrees, migration between subdomains. based on p4est (parallel forest k-trees) library. massively-parallel code has applied to variety fundamental science problems. A summary applications injection impurities into thermonuclear fusion devices simulation supersonic hydrogen jets in support laser-plasma wakefield acceleration research also presented.
